Ordering Policies


Ordering Policies & General Information:
  • All orders over $100.00 require a 50% deposit.
  • CANCELLATIONS must be made no later than 24 hours after placing your order.
  • Sweet Cakes by Wessam reserves the right to make any last minute adjustments to cakes as needed.
  • Specialty cakes and traditional cakes may be placed via telephone or email.
  • We cannot guarentee a 100% color match, but we will try our very best to match if a color swatch is available. If you do not provide a sample color, we will tint the color to the best of our judgement.
  • All payments must be made via cash or cheque.

To start the order process, please send an email to sweetcakesbywessam@gmail.com containing all of the following information:
  • The date of your event
  • The occasion/nature of your event (wedding, engagement, etc)
  • The event location, delivery address, delivery time
  • How many people will you need to serve
  • Your day time contact number and email address
  • Flavors you had in mind for your order
  • An idea of what cake design you had in mind

Delivery:
  • Delivery is offered for wedding cakes and cakes that require on-site assembly. Delivery fees are calculated by distance travelled, please phone or email for a quote for your specific needs.

Return Policy:
  •  As all Sweet Cakes by Wessam wedding cakes, fine cakes & desert creations are edible, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, we are always concerned that our customers receive the best possible product and always welcome your feedback.
